Whoever you are, our goal is the same: to use functional training to bring you to your optimal level of fitness and help you achieve your goals. Our experienced and expert Strength and Conditioning Specialists - all of whom hold bachelor's degrees in kinesiology-related fields as well as related certifications - will work with you to create an individual program that addresses your specific needs. We believe in utilizing sport- or lifestyle-specific training, which means that your program will incorporate functional, multi-plane movements that will help prepare you for the actual demands your sport or activity places on your body. The use of this approach stems from our extensive experience in multiple facets of physical conditioning - including speed and power development, aerobic endurance, core stability, proprioceptive awareness, neuromuscular facilitation, flexibility/mobility enhancement and dynamic rehabilitation.
