This is one of three Seattle locations offering the services of Athletic Engineering, a division of Olympic Physical Therapy.  Services are offered here at Olympic Physical Therapy– University District, as well as, Olympic Physical Therapy- Cabrini Tower and Olympic Physical Therapy– Minor & James. 

Parking Information - University District

Take the 45st Street Exit and head East on 45th Street toward the University of Washington. Turn right one block before our building onto Roosevelt Way headed South. Turn left at the first intersection or 43rd Street. Then turn left on 11th Avenue which is a one-way street headed North. You will pass our building on the SE corner of 11th and 45th Street. Continue through 45th Street intersection. Free surface parking is available North of the "45th Street Plaza building" in stalls 51-57.

For additional parking continue North on 11th past the 2-story brown brick building and park in stalls 75-71 labeled: Olympic Physical Therapy/Optimium Clinic stalls.
