| It is preferred, but not required, that you participate in a one-on-one session with one of our Strength and Conditioning Specialists before registering for a class. When you are ready to sign up, please call the location offering the class to pre-register or inquire about drop-in availability. Please note that class sizes are limited; therefore we strongly recommend that you call ahead to be placed on the class schedule.
